- • The Marketing Liaison will independently manage and grow relationships with key healthcare partners to ensure seamless patient transitions from hospital to home settings, while maintaining detailed records of marketing activities, identifying service issues, and proposing process improvements to enhance patient and referral-source satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 2 years of healthcare marketing experience, with preference for candidates with home health industry background
- • High school diploma or GED equivalent
- • Valid driver’s license required for travel to patient and referral site visits
