- • Develop and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) in partnership with sales, product marketing, and revenue operations to enable precise targeting and segmentation for lead generation.
- • Plan and execute integrated, multi-channel demand generation campaigns across email, paid media, social, content syndication, events, and outbound channels to drive high-quality leads and pipeline growth.
- • Design and implement account-based marketing (ABM) programs targeting priority segments and named accounts, aligning messaging, channel strategy, and offers with buying committees.
- • Collaborate directly with sales teams to synchronize marketing campaigns with outbound and account-based sales efforts, ensuring alignment on targeting, timing, and messaging.
- • Own end-to-end campaign lifecycle—from concept and planning through execution, performance analysis, and iterative optimization—to maximize conversion and lead quality.
- • Create and manage campaign-specific content including email copy, landing pages, digital ads, event promotions, social media posts, and other marketing assets tailored to defined buyer personas.
- • Provide clear creative direction and audience segmentation guidelines to ensure consistent, high-impact messaging across all marketing channels.
- • Partner with creative and design teams to ensure all visual and textual assets adhere to brand standards and strategic marketing objectives.
- • Develop and execute targeted campaigns to support competitive displacement and market growth initiatives using competitive insights and differentiated value propositions.
- • Plan, promote, and manage webinars, virtual events, field events, and third-party conference participation as core components of lead and pipeline generation strategies.
- • Coordinate pre-event promotion, live or on-site execution support, and post-event follow-up campaigns in collaboration with sales and marketing operations teams.
- • Monitor and analyze campaign performance across channels and funnel stages, using data to identify trends, optimize spend, and improve ROI.
- • Work with marketing operations to implement, test, and refine marketing automation workflows, lead routing protocols, and lead scoring models.
- • Stay current on industry trends, emerging marketing technologies, and evolving best practices to continually enhance campaign effectiveness and innovation.
- • Communicate campaign results, insights, and learnings to cross-functional stakeholders to inform future planning and strategic alignment.
- • Maintain a private office space in home or elsewhere to ensure confidentiality of sensitive business communications and data.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- • 5+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, growth marketing, or demand generation roles
- • Experience executing ICP-based targeting and account-based marketing (ABM) programs
- • Strong understanding of multi-channel campaign strategy including digital, outbound, and event-based marketing
- • Excellent writing skills with proven experience crafting content across multiple marketing channels
- • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing campaign performance and applying insights to optimization
