📋 Description

• Marketing Manager role focused on leading content execution, community engagement, and campaign coordination across multiple channels for a consumer-focused brand serving U.S.-based clients.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining marketing calendars in Monday.com, planning and executing organic content on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, writing and editing captions and blog posts, refining visuals and short-form videos using Photoshop, Canva, and CapCut, engaging with audiences via comments and DMs, managing creator and affiliate programs, overseeing agency relationships, coordinating events, and analyzing performance data to optimize strategies.
• The company operates in a fast-paced environment where content, community, and brand experience drive growth, with a focus on organic presence, creator partnerships, and high-impact marketing initiatives.
• The role offers the opportunity to take ownership of marketing initiatives, work closely with leadership, develop strategic and executional skills in social media and influencer marketing, and contribute to measurable brand growth and community engagement.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in marketing coordination, social media management, or brand management
• Experience managing multiple marketing workstreams, including content calendars and influencer programs
• Strong writing skills for social media, captions, and blog content
• Proficiency with Canva, Photoshop, and CapCut for content creation
• Experience managing influencer relationships and affiliate programs
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics
