  • • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our ambitious team and translate our strategic vision into tangible, consistent, and visible market momentum. This pivotal role sits at the intersection of brand, culture, and execution, responsible for bringing Kyra's marketing strategy to life across a diverse range of initiatives. You will be instrumental in ensuring Kyra consistently communicates with clarity and credibility, strategically engaging with relevant cultural moments to drive business growth.
  • • This is a comprehensive, full-scope marketing position that demands a brand-led mindset, a product-aware approach, and a strong focus on delivery. While our Chief Marketing Officer sets the overarching vision, this role is designed to execute and bring that vision to fruition.
  • • **Brand & Strategy Execution:** You will be responsible for executing Kyra's comprehensive marketing strategy, encompassing brand positioning, insight generation, public relations, and campaign management. This involves applying strong judgment to prioritize key initiatives and ensure alignment with Kyra's strategic objectives. You will translate high-level narratives and positioning into polished, impactful marketing outputs, ensuring every piece of communication reflects Kyra's high standards for cultural relevance and commercial credibility.
  • • **Insight Reports & Cultural Storytelling:** Take ownership of the end-to-end marketing rollout for Kyra's insight reports and intelligence releases. This includes coordinating content creation, social media promotion, public relations efforts, event integration, and sales enablement around each launch. Your role will be to transform raw data and insights into compelling, culturally fluent narratives that resonate beyond the initial release, establishing Kyra as a thought leader.
  • • **Campaigns & Activations:** Design and implement innovative cultural marketing campaigns that solidify Kyra's position as a category leader in the influencer marketing space. You will plan and execute product-related moments, new launches, and broader brand initiatives, working in close collaboration with cross-functional internal teams to ensure seamless execution and maximum impact.
  • • **Creators, Talent & Agencies:** Cultivate and manage relationships with key creators, talent agencies, and strategic cultural partners. Coordinate the involvement of creators across various campaigns, reports, events, and amplification efforts, ensuring all deliverables meet Kyra's tone, standards, and objectives while fostering strong, collaborative partnerships.
  • • **Events & Experiences:** Plan and execute a variety of brand and product-focused events, ranging from intimate executive dinners for CMOs to larger pop-up activations and significant cultural moments. You will oversee all aspects of event management, including logistics, guest curation, programming, and post-event follow-up, leveraging these experiences to enhance brand positioning and contribute to the commercial pipeline.
  • • **Social & Owned Channels:** Lead Kyra's social media strategy across LinkedIn and other priority platforms. You will manage content calendars, oversee the creation of compelling creative assets, and develop effective distribution plans. Your efforts will ensure social content consistently supports Kyra's thought leadership by sharing original insights, expert perspectives, and valuable industry knowledge.
  • • **CRM & Lifecycle Coordination:** Collaborate closely with the growth and operations teams to coordinate CRM strategies, nurture flows, and audience communication initiatives. Ensure that reports, events, and campaigns are seamlessly integrated into a clear customer lifecycle journey, maintaining consistency across all marketing, sales, and brand touchpoints.
  • • **Success Metrics:** Within the first six months, success will be measured by demonstrable market impact, with Kyra consistently and clearly present in the market with a distinct point of view. Insight reports will be recognized as cultural moments that reinforce our brand identity. Revenue support will be evident through the timely delivery of priority work that aids active deals, with marketing contributing to pipeline generation via reports, events, and campaigns that lead to actionable follow-ups and opportunities. Operational strength will be demonstrated by the effective and minimally supervised running of marketing operations.
