Ashfield Advisory, part of the Inizio Ignite network, is seeking a motivated Marketing Manager to join our dedicated Brand & Marketing team in London.
- • In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing innovative marketing initiatives that elevate our brand visibility, foster market engagement, and fuel client acquisition. You will collaborate closely with expert teams across the business, translating strategic objectives into tangible marketing programs.
- • Reporting to the Director of Global Brand & Marketing Strategy, Inizio Ignite, you will be a key player in shaping our marketing efforts and contributing to our overarching business goals.
- • Integrated Marketing Campaign Development & Execution:
- • Spearhead the planning, development, and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns, go-to-market strategies, and targeted channel tactics designed to expand our reach within key audiences and generate interest in our priority solutions.
- • Forge strong partnerships with client-facing teams to develop bespoke campaigns that enhance sales enablement efforts and deepen client engagement, ensuring marketing activities directly support commercial objectives.
- • Take ownership of the day-to-day operational aspects of campaign management, meticulously overseeing timelines, budgets, and the successful delivery of all campaign components.
- • Orchestrate seamless execution by coordinating a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, including creative agencies, technology vendors, and subject matter experts, ensuring a cohesive and impactful campaign rollout across all relevant channels.
- • Implement robust measurement and analysis frameworks to track campaign performance, extracting actionable insights from key metrics to inform ongoing optimization strategies and shape future marketing planning.
- • Content Strategy & Execution:
- • Contribute significantly to the development and execution of a compelling content strategy that is intrinsically aligned with Inizio Ignite’s core business priorities, reinforces our brand positioning, and directly addresses the needs and interests of our target audiences.
- • Assume responsibility for the daily operations of content management, encompassing strategic planning, rigorous approval processes, and the diligent maintenance of content governance standards.
- • Proactively generate innovative content ideas that resonate with strategic priorities, support ongoing campaigns, and amplify our thought leadership in the industry.
- • Uphold the highest standards of content quality, ensuring absolute consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all assets, and that all content aligns perfectly with our established brand voice. This includes drafting and editing content where necessary to meet these standards.
- • Serve as a primary point of contact for engaging with and gathering input from stakeholders across various business functions, ensuring content is relevant and informed.
- • Diligently track and evaluate the performance of all content assets, utilizing data to refine content planning, optimize existing pieces, and prioritize future content creation efforts.
- • PR & Paid Media Support:
- • Provide crucial support for Public Relations initiatives, working in close collaboration with the Marketing Director and internal teams, as well as external PR agencies, to meticulously plan, manage, and execute impactful PR activities.
- • Oversee the coordination, execution, and performance tracking of PR efforts, ensuring they are integrated seamlessly with broader marketing objectives.
- • Guarantee a strong, cohesive alignment between earned media (PR) and paid media activities within all integrated campaigns, maximizing reach and impact.
- • Ad-Hoc Channel Support:
- • Offer flexible and responsive, ad-hoc support across a spectrum of additional marketing channels, adapting to evolving business priorities and emerging opportunities.
- • Assist in the planning and execution of key events, conferences, and industry engagements, working collaboratively with internal leads and external partners to ensure successful participation and representation.
- • Contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
- • Stay abreast of the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, bringing fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to the team.
