- • The Marketing Manager at Smartcare is responsible for executing and optimizing marketing programs that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement, playing a critical role in supporting the company’s growth in the commercial foodservice and refrigeration services market.
- • Day to day, the person will plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, develop marketing content and internal communications, manage trade shows and events, optimize digital channels, analyze campaign performance, and collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams to align marketing with business goals.
- • Smartcare is a national provider of repair and service for commercial foodservice, refrigeration, and cold storage equipment, offering comprehensive mechanical services across cooking, refrigeration, beverage, and HVAC systems, with a commitment to equal opportunity employment.
- • In this role, the person can develop expertise in B2B marketing, gain hands-on experience with marketing automation and analytics tools, strengthen cross-functional leadership skills, and contribute to measurable business outcomes through data-driven campaign optimization and strategic messaging.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- • 2–5 years of experience in marketing or related role (B2B experience preferred)
- • Strong project management and organizational skills
- • Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, Google Analytics)
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
