  • • Develop keynote and mainstage narratives for CXO-facing field moments, including leadership remarks, strategic sessions, customer-facing programs, and major enterprise initiatives.
  • • Partner with production, design, GTM, product marketing, and field teams to create top-line messaging that aligns with enterprise priorities and OpenAI’s technology value proposition.
  • • Build scalable narrative systems including keynote arcs, executive talk tracks, modular storylines, field-ready messaging, post-event content, and reusable enablement assets.
  • • Translate complex enterprise priorities and new AI initiatives into clear, credible, and audience-specific stories tailored for senior decision-makers.
  • • Ensure all major enterprise moments have defined audience targeting, message hierarchy, supporting proof points, and structured follow-through mechanisms.
  • • Convert keynote and mainstage content into usable materials for field teams, seller enablement, customer follow-up, and internal GTM partners.
  • • Collaborate closely with presentation design and production teams to preserve narrative integrity through execution and visual delivery.
  • • Identify high-impact content that can be repurposed across field activations, customer engagements, seller training, and future mainstage events.
  • • Clarify messaging for upcoming enterprise product launches and strategic programs to maintain consistency and impact across all customer touchpoints.
  • • Work in a fast-moving environment where priorities and inputs shift rapidly, requiring agile adaptation and strong editorial judgment.
  • • Simplify, sequence, and pressure-test narratives to ensure clarity, credibility, and resonance with enterprise executives.
  • • Support the Enterprise Marketing team in translating OpenAI’s AI capabilities into tangible business value stories for the world’s largest organizations.
  • • Contribute to the Content & Narrative team’s mission of shaping the messaging behind OpenAI’s most important field moments.
  • • Operate at the intersection of executive storytelling, keynote development, mainstage content, field execution, design, production, and go-to-market strategy.
  • • Ensure narrative assets are not only compelling in live settings but also durable and actionable for long-term field enablement and amplification.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 7+ years of experience developing keynote content, mainstage narratives, executive remarks, strategic messaging, campaign narratives, or enterprise-facing content.
  • • Proven track record of turning ambiguous business priorities into clear, audience-specific stories for senior audiences.
  • • Demonstrated experience partnering cross-functionally with production, design, product marketing, sales, GTM, or senior leaders.
  • • Strong ability to write, edit, and structure content for CXO-level and enterprise decision-makers.
  • • Experience translating keynote, mainstage, or top-line narrative work into reusable assets such as talk tracks, decks, post-event content, or field-facing enablement materials.
  • • Comfort working in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities and inputs.
