- • As a Marketing Manager - Lifecycle, you will be at the forefront of shaping the future of crypto trading by driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention for Kraken's Futures trading products. This pivotal role within the Growth Marketing team offers a unique opportunity to own the end-to-end lifecycle strategy, directly impacting revenue growth and the global adoption of cryptocurrency.
- • You will be responsible for developing and executing best-in-class lifecycle marketing programs across multiple channels, including email, push notifications, and in-app messaging. Your strategies will be designed to foster deep user engagement, encourage desired behaviors, and cultivate long-term client loyalty, ultimately enhancing the quality and value of our user base.
- • A core aspect of this role involves shaping the strategic direction of lifecycle marketing for Futures trading products. This includes both the technological infrastructure required for sophisticated campaigns and the creative marketing execution needed to achieve ambitious growth targets. You will be accountable for key performance indicators that directly contribute to the company's revenue objectives.
- • You will design, build, and deploy complex Customer Relationship Management (CRM) campaigns. These campaigns will be instrumental in guiding clients through the Kraken ecosystem, connecting them with relevant products and services that meet their trading needs and investment goals.
- • Data analysis will be central to your success. You will meticulously analyze campaign performance, leveraging insights to optimize ongoing strategies, refine operational plans, and manage marketing spend effectively. This data-driven approach ensures that every marketing dollar is invested for maximum impact.
- • You will be a champion of experimentation, identifying and executing thoughtful A/B tests and other growth experiments to uncover high-impact campaign opportunities. - • You will contribute to the continuous improvement of our marketing technology stack, providing feedback and insights to enhance our capabilities in areas like segmentation, automation, and campaign management.
- • By understanding the unique needs and behaviors of different customer segments within the Futures trading space, you will develop tailored communication strategies that resonate and drive action.
- • You will play a crucial role in onboarding new users, nurturing them through their initial trading experiences, and encouraging them to explore the advanced features and opportunities available on Kraken Futures.
- • For existing users, your focus will be on deepening their engagement, encouraging them to increase their trading volume, and promoting the adoption of new features and products within the Futures offering.
- • You will also be responsible for re-engagement campaigns, identifying dormant or lapsed users and implementing strategies to bring them back into active trading on the platform.
- • This role demands a proactive approach to identifying market trends and competitive activities, informing your lifecycle strategies to maintain Kraken's edge in the dynamic crypto derivatives market.
- • You will be expected to manage budgets effectively, track ROI for all campaigns, and provide clear reporting on performance against set goals.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in developing and executing complex lifecycle CRM programs from strategy to execution.
- • Proven experience building and executing complex CRM campaigns with multiple stakeholders.
- • Experience with CRM tools such as Braze (ideal but not essential) and other campaign-building platforms.
- • Strong analytical skills using tools like Tableau, Looker, Great Plains, or BigQuery.
