- • As a Marketing Manager - Lifecycle for Margin Trading at Kraken, you will be at the forefront of shaping and executing strategies that drive user adoption, engagement, and revenue growth for one of our most critical product verticals. This is a unique opportunity to own the entire lifecycle marketing strategy for Margin trading, a complex and high-potential area within the crypto space, impacting key markets globally.
- • You will be instrumental in developing and implementing best-in-class lifecycle programs that leverage a mix of communication channels, including email, push notifications, and in-app messages. Your primary goal will be to foster deeper client engagement, encourage desired behaviors, and ultimately enhance client quality and loyalty, directly contributing to revenue upside.
- • A significant part of your role will involve shaping the strategic direction of lifecycle marketing for Margin trading, not only from a marketing execution perspective but also by influencing the technological capabilities required to support these initiatives. You will be accountable for key performance indicators (KPIs) that directly support the company's revenue growth objectives.
- • You will design, build, and execute sophisticated CRM campaigns. These campaigns will be meticulously crafted to guide clients through their journey, connecting them with relevant products and services within the expansive Kraken ecosystem, with a particular focus on the opportunities within Margin trading.
- • Data analysis will be a cornerstone of your work. You will conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance, using these insights to continuously optimize strategies, develop robust operational plans, and manage marketing spend effectively. This data-driven approach will ensure that our efforts are always aligned with business goals and delivering maximum ROI.
- • Experimentation will be key to unlocking new growth avenues. You will be responsible for designing and executing thoughtful A/B tests and other experiments to identify high-impact campaigns and strategies. Simultaneously, you will leverage marketing automation to maximize engagement and retention across the entire customer lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and valuable experience for our users.
- • You will serve as a critical stakeholder in the company's growth initiatives, providing regular updates to leadership on campaign progress, performance, and strategic recommendations. Collaboration will be essential as you work closely with various business units to drive incremental value and ensure alignment across the organization.
- • A crucial aspect of this role involves navigating the regulatory landscape. You will work hand-in-hand with our compliance, legal, and regional operations teams to proactively identify and remove any blockers to marketing execution in priority geographies. Ensuring 100% compliance with local regulations in all marketing communications and activities will be paramount.
- • You will be expected to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the lifecycle marketing and crypto spaces to continuously refine our strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience with a proven track record in leading the development and execution of complex lifecycle CRM programs from strategy conception through to successful implementation.
- • Extensive experience building and executing sophisticated CRM campaigns, requiring collaboration with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Tableau, Looker, Google BigQuery, or similar platforms, enabling data-driven decision-making and campaign optimization.
- • In-depth knowledge of marketing automation and CRM systems, with a demonstrated ability to push the boundaries of platform capabilities to achieve innovative marketing solutions.
