- • Your primary responsibility will be to execute multi-channel demand generation and ABM campaigns. These campaigns will be meticulously designed to engage Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), expand reach within enterprise accounts, and generate a consistent flow of qualified pipeline. This involves understanding the nuances of the buyer journey and tailoring messaging and outreach to resonate with key decision-makers.
- • You will partner directly with sales and marketing leadership to develop comprehensive account plans. This collaborative effort will ensure that marketing strategies are precisely targeted and aligned with the specific needs and opportunities within key enterprise accounts. Developing targeted messaging across the entire buyer journey, from initial awareness to final decision, will be a core component of this partnership.
- • A significant aspect of this role involves owning and architecting the HubSpot platform. This includes designing and implementing efficient workflows, establishing robust lead scoring mechanisms, developing automated processes, ensuring data integrity, and managing crucial integrations with other marketing and sales tools. Your expertise will ensure HubSpot functions as a powerful engine for lead nurturing and pipeline management.
- • You will be responsible for managing and optimizing the entire marketing technology stack. This encompasses a range of essential tools such as ZoomInfo for data enrichment, Nooks for engagement, Dripify for automated outreach, and various digital advertising platforms. Your goal will be to ensure these tools are integrated effectively and utilized to their full potential to drive campaign success.
- • A key part of enabling the sales team's success will be providing SDRs and sales representatives with accurate and up-to-date account data, well-defined buyer personas, and high-performing outreach sequences. This support will empower them to engage prospects more effectively and efficiently, leading to better conversion rates.
- • You will play a central role in planning and managing industry events, trade shows, and webinars. This includes overseeing all logistical aspects, implementing effective lead capture strategies, and developing post-event nurturing campaigns to maximize the ROI of these initiatives.
- • Building sophisticated attribution models, creating insightful dashboards, and generating comprehensive performance reports will be crucial. These deliverables will be used to measure the return on investment (ROI) of marketing activities and quantify their contribution to the sales pipeline. 🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a closely related field.
- • 4-8 years of progressive experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise marketing, with a demonstrable focus on demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), and growth marketing strategies.
- • Expert-level proficiency and hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub, with a HubSpot certification being a significant advantage.
- • Proven experience managing and optimizing paid acquisition channels, including LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant digital advertising platforms.
- • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to develop and interpret marketing analytics, attribution models, and performance reports.
- • Demonstrated success in collaborating effectively with sales and revenue operations teams to achieve shared goals.
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
