- • Plan, schedule, and execute multi-market retention marketing campaigns aligned to business priorities and customer lifecycle strategies across omnichannel platforms.
- • Develop, build, QA, schedule, and deploy retention email campaigns including customer-facing copy, targeting, and execution within CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- • Maintain direct ownership of day-to-day campaign operational execution, including fulfillment, migration-related initiatives, asset delivery, and timeline coordination.
- • Embed A/B testing and test-and-learn methodologies into all retention campaign planning to optimize messaging, offers, timing, and targeting strategies.
- • Translate campaign performance data and customer behavior insights into actionable recommendations to reduce churn, improve engagement, and increase customer lifetime value.
- • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for retention strategy refinement and innovation.
- • Own end-to-end reporting and performance analysis for assigned retention initiatives, including creation of dashboards, performance updates, and leadership presentations.
- • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment of all reporting metrics across Marketing, Analytics, Customer Experience, and regional teams.
- • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing Analytics, Product, Customer Experience, Sales, Legal, Training, and regional teams to align retention initiatives with operational and customer experience needs.
- • Coordinate campaign approvals, dependencies, and execution timelines across multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and compliance.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for retention-related execution, reporting, and process issues across departments.
- • Identify opportunities to streamline retention workflows, reduce manual tasks, and improve scalability of campaign operations.
- • Maintain high standards for documentation, execution quality, and operational consistency across all retention activities.
- • Contribute to the development and adoption of retention best practices and standardized processes across the marketing team.
- • Continuously refine retention strategies using performance data, customer segmentation insights, and churn mitigation techniques to drive incremental revenue growth.
- • Ensure all campaign assets, customer lists, reporting files, and communications are delivered accurately and on schedule with strict attention to detail.
- • Support evolving marketing platforms and tools with minimal disruption to campaign delivery and operational continuity.
