• • As a Marketing Manager at Rohlik Group SE in Bucharest, you will plan and execute marketing activities for the Romanian market, ensuring local campaigns align with the company's brand and central strategy while being tailored to local customer dynamics.
• • You will take ownership of your market's marketing calendar, execute campaigns with excellence, and collaborate with local commercial teams, the central Brand Team, and PR team to drive customer acquisition, first-time users (FTUs), order frequency, and retention.
• • You will work within a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment where your contributions directly impact business outcomes and where innovation, including AI tools, is encouraged to improve campaign effectiveness.
• • You will safeguard Rohlik's brand voice and visual identity across all local touchpoints, manage the local marketing budget for strong ROI, and serve as the primary marketing point of contact for your market, fostering cross-functional alignment and stakeholder management.
