📋 Description

• The Marketing Operations Manager at Magnet Forensics plays a critical role in driving demand and creating opportunities for the global sales team by developing and leading programs across the marketing funnel.
• Day to day, the person will leverage AI and automation to enhance segmentation, improve lead scoring and routing, and accelerate insight generation to inform strategic decision-making.
• Magnet Forensics is a global leader in digital investigative software, serving thousands of customers worldwide with solutions that modernize digital investigations, protect assets, and support national security.
• In this role, the person can learn to optimize marketing technology stacks, scale data-driven campaigns, and contribute directly to revenue growth while working with a talented, integrity-focused team committed to innovation and impact.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in marketing operations, demand generation, or marketing automation
• Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot)
• Strong analytical skills with experience in lead scoring, segmentation, and funnel analytics
• Ability to leverage AI and automation tools to improve marketing efficiency and insight generation
• Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams
