• • As a Marketing Operations Manager at Terra Technologies, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in scaling the company’s digital marketing efforts by optimizing processes, managing marketing technology stacks, and enabling data-driven campaign execution across B2B organizations.
• • Day to day, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, launch, and measure marketing campaigns; manage and integrate marketing automation platforms (such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot); ensure data hygiene and lead routing accuracy; and produce performance reports that inform strategy and demonstrate ROI.
