- • We are seeking a highly motivated, forward-thinking, and proactive Marketing Operations Specialist to become an integral part of our dynamic team. This role is crucial for driving our marketing initiatives and ensuring seamless execution across various channels. You will be instrumental in shaping our marketing strategy, from meticulous planning to hands-on execution and performance analysis.
- • In this role, you will be responsible for the comprehensive planning and execution of complex marketing calendars, ensuring timely and effective delivery of all campaigns and initiatives. This includes strategizing content themes, identifying key promotional periods, and coordinating with internal teams to align marketing efforts with broader business objectives.
- • A significant part of your responsibility will involve crafting compelling and engaging outreach emails. You will develop persuasive copy that resonates with our target audience, drives engagement, and encourages desired actions, whether it's signing up for a webinar, downloading a resource, or expressing interest in our services.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or a related role, with a strong understanding of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing copy and outreach materials.
- • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
