- • As a Marketing Platform Specialist at Newfold Digital, you will be at the forefront of managing and optimizing our critical digital marketing platforms, playing a pivotal role in shaping how we connect with millions of customers globally. This position is central to our mission of empowering businesses of all sizes to build a strong digital presence, leveraging our renowned brands like Bluehost and Network Solutions.
- • Your primary responsibility will be the end-to-end management of the Adobe Experience Cloud suite, with a particular focus on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Tag Manager (Launch), and Adobe Target. You will be the go-to expert for implementing, maintaining, and enhancing these powerful tools to deliver personalized, data-driven customer experiences across our diverse digital channels.
- • A significant part of your role will involve owning and meticulously managing Adobe Tag Manager (Launch). This includes designing and implementing robust tagging strategies that are scalable across multiple web properties and platforms. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate data collection and tracking, collaborating closely with developers and marketing teams to guarantee proper tag deployment.
- • Rigorous quality assurance (QA) will be a cornerstone of your work. You will perform detailed QA for standard marketing pixels (such as Facebook and Floodlights), custom pixels (e.g., for podcasts, IoT ads), and server-side pixels. This involves troubleshooting and verifying tag deployments and data layer configurations to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
- • You will need to demonstrate an exceptional ability to manage and verify tagging accuracy across various platforms and environments. This requires a strong attention to detail regarding naming conventions, adherence to established tagging architecture, and consistent updating of documentation to ensure a well-maintained and understood tagging ecosystem.
- • In addition to tag management, you will provide essential support for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). This includes assisting content authors and developers in managing and optimizing AEM components, ensuring that our content management system functions seamlessly and efficiently.
- • You will also be responsible for ensuring smooth integration between AEM and other marketing platforms, creating a cohesive and interconnected marketing technology stack.
- • A key area of impact will be in Adobe Target and personalization efforts. You will design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to optimize user experiences and conversion rates. This involves developing sophisticated audience segments and delivering personalized content and offers based on user behavior and data insights.
- • Analyzing the results of these tests and providing actionable insights to stakeholders will be crucial for driving continuous improvement and maximizing campaign effectiveness.
- • You will be instrumental in monitoring and analyzing key digital performance metrics using Adobe Analytics and other relevant tools. This involves translating raw data into meaningful insights that inform strategic marketing decisions.
- • Creating clear and concise dashboards and reports to communicate findings, trends, gaps, and opportunities for optimization to various stakeholders will be a regular part of your responsibilities.
- • This role demands strong cross-functional collaboration. You will partner closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure that our technology stack is aligned with overarching business goals and marketing strategies.
- • You will also play a vital role in knowledge transfer, providing training and comprehensive documentation to internal teams on platform usage, best practices, and new feature implementations, fostering a culture of expertise within the organization.
- • Ultimately, you will be a key contributor to Newfold Digital's success by ensuring our marketing technology infrastructure is robust, efficient, and capable of delivering exceptional, data-driven customer experiences that drive business growth.
