- • The Marketing Project Manager at Appspace serves as the operational lead for cross-functional marketing campaigns, ensuring initiatives move from strategy to market with clarity, accountability, and speed. This role is critical to unifying planning and execution across Product Marketing, Content, Creative, Demand Generation, RevOps, PR, and Events, acting as a neutral function that prevents timeline drift, missed dependencies, and reactive deadlines.
- • Day to day, the role involves owning and maintaining a unified campaign calendar, building and managing master workbacks for Tier 1 and Tier 2 campaigns, identifying cross-functional dependencies, conducting structured launch readiness reviews, ensuring alignment between messaging and creative timelines, clarifying RACI for campaigns, providing weekly visibility to the CGO on campaign health, maintaining dashboards on delivery confidence, and coordinating post-campaign results and recommendations.

🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of experience in marketing project management, program management, or GTM orchestration in B2B SaaS
- • Proven experience managing complex, multi-channel campaigns
- • Strong understanding of marketing lifecycle dependencies
- • Experience working across multiple senior stakeholders
- • Ability to push back on unrealistic timelines while maintaining trust
- • Calm, structured, and politically savvy operator
- • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
