- • As a Marketing Systems Specialist at Newfold Digital, you will be at the forefront of managing and optimizing our critical digital marketing platforms, playing a pivotal role in shaping how we connect with millions of customers globally through our renowned brands like Bluehost and Network Solutions.
- • This role is central to implementing, enhancing, and analyzing the performance of our marketing technology stack, with a significant focus on the Adobe Experience Cloud suite, including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Tag Manager (Launch), and Adobe Target.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the accurate collection of data and the seamless delivery of personalized, data-driven customer experiences across our digital properties.
- • You will own and meticulously manage Adobe Tag Manager (Launch), acting as the guardian of our data collection strategies to ensure accuracy, scalability, and adherence to best practices across multiple websites and platforms.
- • This involves designing and maintaining robust tagging strategies, collaborating closely with development and marketing teams to guarantee proper implementation of tracking codes and data layers.
- • A key aspect of your role will be performing rigorous Quality Assurance (QA) for a wide array of marketing pixels, including standard ones like Facebook and Floodlights, as well as custom pixels for emerging channels such as podcasts and IoT advertising, and server-side implementations.
- • You will be tasked with troubleshooting and verifying tag deployments and data layer configurations, ensuring data integrity from the source.
- • Exceptional attention to detail is paramount, requiring you to meticulously manage and verify tagging accuracy across diverse platforms and environments, consistently adhering to naming conventions and established tagging architectures, and diligently updating all relevant documentation.
- • In addition to tag management, you will provide essential support for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), assisting content authors and developers in managing and optimizing AEM components to ensure a smooth and efficient content management process.
- • You will also be responsible for ensuring seamless integration between AEM and other marketing platforms, creating a unified and effective marketing ecosystem.
- • A significant part of your contribution will involve leveraging Adobe Target to design and execute sophisticated A/B and multivariate tests, driving continuous improvement in user experience and conversion rates.
- • You will develop and refine audience segments, enabling the delivery of highly personalized experiences tailored to user behavior and preferences.
- • Analyzing test results will be crucial, providing actionable insights to marketing stakeholders to enhance campaign performance and overall engagement.
- • You will actively monitor and analyze key digital performance metrics using Adobe Analytics and other relevant tools, translating raw data into strategic recommendations.
- • Creating clear and concise dashboards and reports will be essential for communicating findings and performance trends to various stakeholders across the organization.
- • Your analytical acumen will be applied to identify emerging trends, uncover performance gaps, and pinpoint opportunities for optimization across all digital marketing efforts.
- • This role demands strong cross-functional collaboration, partnering closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure that our technology investments are strategically aligned with overarching business objectives.
