  • • As a Marketing Technology Specialist at Newfold Digital, you will be at the forefront of implementing, optimizing, and analyzing our critical digital marketing platforms, playing a pivotal role in shaping how we connect with millions of customers globally through our renowned brands like Bluehost and Network Solutions.
  • • This position is instrumental in managing and leveraging the Adobe Experience Cloud suite, with a specific focus on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Tag Manager (Launch), and Adobe Target, to craft and deliver highly personalized, data-driven customer experiences across all digital touchpoints.
  • • You will be the go-to expert for ensuring accurate and comprehensive data collection and tracking, taking ownership of Adobe Tag Manager (Launch) to design, implement, and maintain robust tagging strategies that are scalable across multiple web properties and diverse platforms.
  • • Your responsibilities will include collaborating closely with both development and marketing teams to guarantee the flawless execution of tagging across all web assets, ensuring data integrity from the ground up.
  • • A key aspect of your role will involve performing rigorous Quality Assurance (QA) for a wide array of tracking pixels, including standard marketing pixels (e.g., Facebook, Floodlights), custom pixels for specialized campaigns (such as podcasts or IoT ads), and server-side pixels, ensuring every piece of data is captured correctly.
  • • You will be tasked with troubleshooting and validating tag deployments and data layer configurations, demonstrating an exceptional ability to meticulously manage and verify tagging accuracy across various platforms and environments.
  • • Maintaining consistency in naming conventions, adhering strictly to established tagging architecture, and diligently updating documentation will be crucial for the success and scalability of our marketing technology stack.
  • • Beyond tagging, you will provide essential support to content authors and developers in managing and optimizing components within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), ensuring a seamless and efficient content management workflow.
  • • You will also be responsible for ensuring the smooth integration of AEM with other vital marketing platforms, creating a cohesive and powerful MarTech ecosystem.
  • • In the realm of personalization, you will design and execute sophisticated A/B and multivariate tests using Adobe Target, continuously seeking to enhance user journeys and campaign effectiveness.
  • • Developing precise audience segments and crafting personalized experiences based on in-depth behavioral data analysis will be a core function, allowing us to deliver more relevant content and offers to our users.
  • • Analyzing the results of these tests and providing clear, actionable insights to stakeholders will be paramount in driving continuous improvement in conversion rates and user engagement.
  • • You will actively monitor and analyze key digital performance metrics, utilizing Adobe Analytics and other relevant tools to gain a comprehensive understanding of campaign performance and user behavior.
  • • Creating insightful dashboards and detailed reports to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to a diverse range of stakeholders, from marketing teams to executive leadership, will be a regular part of your role.
  • • Proactively identifying trends, uncovering performance gaps, and pinpointing optimization opportunities will be essential for staying ahead in the competitive digital landscape.
  • • This role demands strong cross-functional collaboration, requiring you to partner effectively with marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure our technology stack is perfectly aligned with overarching business objectives.
  • • You will also play a vital role in empowering internal teams by providing comprehensive training and clear documentation on platform usage and best practices, fostering a culture of technical proficiency across the organization.
