đź“‹ Description

  • • As a Marketing Web Developer at The Global Talent Co., you will be instrumental in shaping and executing the technical aspects of our client's marketing initiatives. This role is designed for a technically adept marketer who thrives at the intersection of marketing strategy, front-end web development, and marketing operations. You will be the go-to person for bringing marketing campaigns to life on the web, ensuring seamless launches, precise tracking, and continuous optimization for maximum conversion.
  • • Your primary responsibility will involve the hands-on creation and ongoing maintenance of marketing-driven web assets. This includes a variety of digital experiences such as high-converting landing pages, dynamic campaign microsites, and engaging content hubs. You will leverage visual Content Management Systems (CMS) like HubSpot CMS, which will be your primary platform, and Webflow, offering flexibility and diverse capabilities.
  • • While this role requires strong technical acumen, it is not a traditional software engineering position. You will focus on front-end execution, customizing and adapting existing CMS templates and modules. This will involve working with HubL (HubSpot's templating language), HTML, CSS, and light JavaScript, with no expectation of heavy backend development. The goal is to translate creative marketing concepts and design mockups into functional, high-performing web pages that are meticulously optimized for conversion.
  • • Collaboration is key in this role. You will work in close partnership with demand generation specialists, content creators, and design teams to ensure the timely and effective launch of marketing campaigns. Your technical expertise will be crucial in supporting upcoming major projects, including significant marketing website rebuilds and the development of new content hubs. This will involve close collaboration with internal stakeholders and potentially external agencies, ensuring alignment and successful project delivery.
  • • A significant part of your role will revolve around marketing analytics, tracking, and optimization. You will own and meticulously maintain Google Tag Manager (GTM) implementations across all marketing web properties. This ensures that data is captured accurately and efficiently, providing valuable insights into campaign performance.
  • • You will be responsible for the accurate setup and ongoing management of Google Analytics and HubSpot analytics. This is critical for robust campaign and conversion tracking, allowing the marketing team to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • • Supporting marketing technology integrations will be another key area of focus. This includes ensuring seamless connections with form tools, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, and implementing API-based integrations where necessary to enhance marketing workflows and data flow.
  • • Ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA is paramount. You will manage cookie consent mechanisms and tracking compliance in close collaboration with the Legal and IT departments, safeguarding user privacy and company reputation.
  • • You will actively assist in A/B testing and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) initiatives. By leveraging data-driven insights, you will contribute to improving the performance of web pages and campaigns over time, directly impacting business outcomes.
  • • Furthermore, you will build and maintain simple, yet effective, marketing dashboards. These dashboards will be designed to connect web activity directly to campaign performance and broader business objectives, providing clear visibility into marketing ROI.
  • • Website maintenance and performance are critical. You will own the organization and upkeep of all marketing web assets, maintaining a clear understanding of content location and update history. This ensures the website remains current, relevant, and easy to manage.
  • • You will execute ongoing website updates, content refreshes, and implement performance improvements to ensure the website remains fast, user-friendly, and effective.
  • • Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance page speed, improve user experience (UX), and boost conversion rates will be a continuous effort. Your keen eye for detail and understanding of web best practices will drive these improvements.
  • • Finally, you will be responsible for troubleshooting front-end and tracking issues swiftly, ensuring that marketing activities are not hindered by technical problems and that campaigns can run smoothly without interruption.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3-5 years of experience working on marketing websites and campaign assets within a marketing or growth team.
  • • Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot CMS, including templates, modules, HubL, HTML, and CSS.
  • • Practical experience with Google Tag Manager, analytics tagging, and marketing performance tracking.
  • • Solid understanding of marketing funnels, lead generation, and conversion optimization principles.
  • • Ability to present a portfolio showcasing marketing landing pages, microsites, or campaign web experiences.

🏖️ Benefits

  • • Highly competitive salary aligned with top industry standards.
  • • 15 days of paid annual leave, with the option for flexible work arrangements.
  • • Access to continuous learning initiatives for skill-building and professional growth.
  • • Opportunity to collaborate with dynamic, forward-thinking international teams.
