📋 Description

• The Marketplace Partnerships Manager at Supabase will own and grow the long-tail partner pipeline while managing partner ecosystem, combining operational ownership with external partner representation to drive co-marketing, co-sell, and referral initiatives.
• Day to day, the role involves autonomously managing partner intake, onboarding, and post-onboarding activities including co-marketing coordination, integration support, adoption tracking, and account mapping, while maintaining clean data hygiene across partner records and revenue attribution using internal tools like Supabase, Notion, and no-code automation.
• Supabase is a remote-first, async-native Postgres development platform with a globally distributed team of 280+ members across 55+ countries, providing a complete backend suite used by millions of developers and backed by $500M in funding.
• In this role, the individual will learn to scale partner programs in a developer-focused PLG environment, gain end-to-end ownership of partnership operations and strategy, and develop expertise in aligning commercial partnerships with product-led growth motions in the infrastructure tooling space.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in Partnerships, referral marketing, or channel sales
• Domain expertise working at or with an ISV, database company, or inside an app marketplace ecosystem
• Track record of driving co-marketing, co-sell, and referral campaigns with measurable results and understanding of attribution tracking
• Self-directed and externally credible — able to run independent processes and represent Supabase in partner conversations without needing backup
