📋 Description

• • As a MB Technical Specialist IV at Solenis, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, safety, and efficiency of paper production by managing microbiological control programs that prevent contamination, odors, and defects in paper products. Your expertise directly supports customers in maintaining operational excellence and compliance with global food safety and environmental standards.
• • Day to day, you will assess and design microbiocide treatment programs for paper mills, conduct on-site audits and water/ATP/ORP analysis, troubleshoot complex contamination issues, recommend optimal biocide strategies, provide technical consultation to clients and sales teams, ensure regulatory compliance (FDA, BfR), train junior staff, and deliver technical reports and presentations.
