- • As a MEA Mid-Market Sales Manager at HubSpot, you will lead and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives responsible for driving revenue growth in the Middle East and Africa region, ensuring alignment with HubSpot’s world-class sales methodology and commitment to customer success.
- • You will be accountable for hiring, coaching, and retaining top sales talent while consistently achieving monthly team quotas, forecasting accuracy, and activity metrics that reflect sustainable pipeline growth and market expansion.
- • Day to day, you will lead and manage a sales team to meet monthly goals including activity metrics, forecasted opportunities, and revenue targets, ensuring each rep is equipped to execute the full HubSpot sales methodology.
- • You will build confidence and trust with direct reports through regular developmental feedback, creating a psychologically safe environment where continuous improvement is expected and celebrated.
- • You will coach team members to develop professional sales skills, focusing on consultative selling, territory management, and effective use of the HubSpot platform to uncover customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- • You will collaborate with other sales managers, directors, and executives to share best practices, align on regional strategies, and contribute to cross-functional initiatives that drive business growth.
- • You will supervise and conduct training sessions on skills improvement, inbound sales techniques, product updates, and marketing topics to ensure the team remains current and competitive.
- • You will maintain headcount by leading recruitment efforts, selecting, onboarding, and training new Account Executives who embody HubSpot’s values and possess the potential to excel in a consultative sales environment.
- • You will maintain deep professional and technical knowledge of inbound marketing principles and the HubSpot platform, enabling you to guide your team in leveraging tools effectively for prospecting, nurturing, and closing deals.
- • You will analyze your country market(s) to understand local dynamics, competitive landscapes, and customer behaviors, then build and execute data-driven plans to grow market share and revenue in assigned territories.
- • You will consistently demonstrate HubSpot’s core values—Solve for the Customer, Be Bold, Learn Fast, Align, Adapt & Go!, and Deliver with HEART—and model leadership traits that inspire accountability, empathy, and resilience.
- • You will study and apply various leadership training styles to your interactions with direct reports, adapting your approach based on individual needs, career stages, and motivational drivers to maximize engagement and performance.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced leadership competencies in talent development, sales operations, and strategic market planning, positioning yourself for future growth into senior sales leadership or regional management roles within HubSpot’s global organization.
- • You will achieve measurable impact by building a scalable, high-trust sales culture where team members feel empowered to innovate, take ownership, and consistently exceed expectations—directly contributing to HubSpot’s mission of helping businesses grow better.
🎯 Requirements
- • Professional fluency in English is required
- • Experience leading a consultative sales process, with an ability to segment and manage territories effectively
- • Superior coaching skills - ability to observe, evaluate & use various techniques to improve results
- • Detail oriented and the ability to manage multiple objectives
- • Good prospecting skills - demonstrate effectiveness on first part of the HubSpot sales methodology (Research & Connect, Explore & Strategise, Demo & Close Call)
- • Strong analytic skills to identify trends and gaps in activities and results in order to drive changes in team behaviours and build growth plans
- • Ability to work cross functionally to drive business results through collaboration
- • Strong individual & team motivation skills, with high self awareness and good interpersonal and EQ skills
- • Personal responsibility to hit monthly team goal & positive attitude
