- • As the MEA Mid-Market Sales Manager at HubSpot, you will lead and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives across the Middle East and Africa region, driving revenue growth through strategic sales execution, talent acquisition, and coaching excellence. This role is critical to expanding HubSpot’s presence in emerging markets by aligning team performance with company goals and fostering a culture rooted in customer obsession, boldness, and continuous learning.
- • You will be responsible for setting and achieving monthly sales targets by managing team activity metrics, forecasting opportunities, and ensuring consistent quota attainment. This includes leading consultative sales processes, segmenting and managing territories effectively, and maintaining deep expertise in HubSpot’s inbound marketing methodology and platform to guide your team in delivering value-driven customer conversations.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include coaching and developing team members through observation, feedback, and targeted skill-building; conducting regular training on sales techniques, product knowledge, and market-specific strategies; recruiting, onboarding, and retaining top Account Executive talent; collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align go-to-market efforts; and analyzing performance data to identify trends, address gaps, and implement growth plans that improve team behaviors and outcomes.
- • You will partner with other sales leaders, directors, and executives to share best practices, contribute to regional strategy, and support broader business objectives. Your leadership will be instrumental in creating a supportive, high-trust environment where team members feel empowered to grow professionally while upholding HubSpot’s core values: Solve for the Customer, Be Bold, Learn Fast, Align, Adapt & Go!, and Deliver with HEART.

🎯 Requirements
- • Professional fluency in English is required
- • Experience leading a consultative sales process, with an ability to segment and manage territories effectively
- • Superior coaching skills - ability to observe, evaluate & use various techniques to improve results
- • Detail oriented and the ability to manage multiple objectives
- • Good prospecting skills - demonstrate effectiveness on first part of the HubSpot sales methodology (Research & Connect, Explore & Strategise, Demo & Close Call)
- • Strong analytic skills to identify trends and gaps in activities and results in order to drive changes in team behaviours and build growth plans
- • Ability to work cross functionally to drive business results through collaboration
- • Strong individual & team motivation skills, with high self awareness and good interpersonal and EQ skills
- • Personal responsibility to hit monthly team goal & positive attitude
