- • Mechanical Installation Lead role at FORTNA, a global leader in omnichannel and parcel distribution operations, where you will drive the successful execution of mechanical installation projects for Mental Health Systems (MHS) clients across the United States.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading a small team of 3-5 mechanical installers and laborers, conducting daily Job-Hazard-Analyses and weekly toolbox talks, managing material receipt and QC, overseeing subcontractor coordination for both electrical and mechanical scopes, performing hands-on installations including welding, rigging, conveyor assembly, and field fabrication, and providing regular progress reports to leadership and project teams.

🎯 Requirements
- • 7-10 years of MH Systems installation experience
- • 5-7 years of experience leading small installation teams
- • Proficient at reading & comprehending mechanical construction drawings
- • HS Diploma or equivalent
- • Self-Motivated, Detail Oriented, & Results Focused
