  • • As our Media Buyer, you will be instrumental in launching, meticulously optimizing, and aggressively scaling our Google Ads campaigns across multiple platforms, including Search, YouTube, Display, and Performance Max. Your primary focus will be on identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities through rigorous data analysis, continuous testing, and smart experimentation. You will own the entire testing process, from keywords and bidding strategies to audience segmentation, creative development, and landing page optimization. This role demands a proactive approach to performance marketing, where you will be empowered to make data-backed decisions that directly influence campaign success and budget allocation.

You will work closely with our talented creative and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) teams to develop compelling ad assets and high-converting landing pages that align with our campaign objectives. Your ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights will be crucial. You will be responsible for tracking campaign performance through sophisticated dashboards, providing regular reports, and communicating key findings and recommendations to stakeholders. This involves not just monitoring metrics but understanding the 'why' behind the numbers and proactively suggesting strategies to improve ROI.

  • • Your responsibilities will extend to:
  • • Developing and executing comprehensive Google Ads strategies across Search, YouTube, Display, and Performance Max to achieve aggressive growth targets.
  • • Conducting in-depth keyword research, audience analysis, and competitive landscape monitoring to inform campaign development.
  • • Managing and optimizing daily, weekly, and monthly budgets to maximize ROAS and achieve CPA goals.
  • • Implementing and managing A/B tests for ad copy, headlines, descriptions, creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
  • • Analyzing campaign performance data using Google Analytics, Google Ads platform, and other relevant tools to identify key insights and areas for improvement.
  • • Collaborating with the creative team to brief and review ad creatives, ensuring they are compelling, on-brand, and optimized for performance.
  • • Working with the CRO team to ensure landing pages are optimized for conversion and aligned with ad messaging.
  • • Monitoring industry trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices in paid media to maintain a competitive edge.
  • • Preparing and presenting regular performance reports to management, highlighting key metrics, insights, and strategic recommendations.
  • • Maintaining a high level of accuracy in campaign setup, tracking, and reporting.
  • • Proactively seeking out new growth opportunities and testing new campaign structures or platforms.
  • • Ensuring all campaigns adhere to brand guidelines and advertising policies.
  • • Contributing to the overall marketing strategy by providing data-driven insights from paid media efforts.
  • • Fostering a culture of continuous learning and experimentation within the marketing team.
