- • Create, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns specifically for the iGaming vertical (Casino/Betting), ensuring maximum ROI and campaign efficiency.
- • Configure and manage tracking systems including Keitaro, Redtrack, or Voluum to monitor campaign performance and traffic sources.
- • Implement and maintain pixels from various traffic sources to ensure accurate attribution and data collection.
- • Process and analyze campaign data using Google Sheets, applying complex formulas, pivot tables, and integrations to derive actionable insights.
- • Optimize ad creatives, audiences, funnels, and ad angles through systematic A/B testing to improve conversion rates and reduce CPA.
- • Monitor and report on key performance metrics including ROI, CPA, CTR, CR, and CPM, translating data into strategic recommendations.
- • Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages aligned with iGaming audience preferences.
- • Manage app install campaigns on Meta for iGaming traffic, ensuring compliance with platform policies and maximizing install volume at target cost.
- • Perform basic configuration and management of hosting platforms and domains to support campaign landing pages and tracking infrastructure.
- • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of iGaming advertising regulations, platform updates, and emerging trends in performance marketing.
- • Work independently with full autonomy to test new strategies, propose optimizations, and implement changes that directly impact campaign profitability.
- • Communicate campaign results and performance trends clearly to internal stakeholders using data-driven narratives.
- • Adapt quickly to evolving campaign requirements, platform algorithm changes, and shifting market conditions in the iGaming vertical.
- • Leverage knowledge of affiliate marketing verticals to identify high-converting traffic sources and audience segments.
- • Integrate tools like Zapier and API solutions to automate data flows and streamline campaign management workflows.
- • Maintain an active VAT number (P.Iva) to ensure compliance with contractor obligations in Europe.
- • Stay proactive in learning new platforms and tools, including emerging ad channels such as TikTok Ads, to expand campaign capabilities.
- • Work within a fully remote, international team environment that values innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–3 years of experience as a Media Buyer in the iGaming vertical (Casino/Betting)
- • Solid hands-on experience managing campaigns on Meta Ads
- • Familiarity with tracking systems such as Keitaro, Redtrack, or Voluum
- • Proficiency with Google Sheets, including complex formulas and integrations
- • Understanding of key performance metrics (ROI, CPA, CTR, CR, CPM) and ability to optimize based on data
- • Good command of English, both written and spoken
