  • • As the Media Director at Community Boost Consulting LLC, you will be instrumental in shaping and elevating our agency's media strategy, operational excellence, and performance stability across a diverse portfolio of client accounts. This senior leadership role is pivotal in ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality media planning, execution, optimization, and reporting across a comprehensive suite of digital channels, including Paid Social, Search, Programmatic, Connected TV (CTV), and other integrated digital platforms.
  • • Your primary focus will be on establishing and enforcing robust media planning and buying standards, driving innovation in cross-channel strategies, enhancing the clarity of attribution models, mitigating performance volatility, and elevating the overall capabilities of our media team. You will act as a key strategic partner, collaborating closely with Client Service, Data & Analytics, Creative, and Operations teams to forge a unified operating model. This collaborative approach is designed to protect agency margins, foster client retention, and cultivate enduring client trust.
  • • **Department Building and Operational Excellence:**
  • • You will be responsible for creating, leading, and enforcing a unified performance media operating model that spans all digital channels, encompassing Search, Social, Programmatic, CTV, and emerging platforms. This includes standardizing media planning frameworks, developing sophisticated budget allocation models, implementing effective forecasting tools, and establishing clear testing roadmaps.
  • • Define and roll out standardized campaign structures, rigorous QA protocols, consistent naming conventions, effective pacing rules, and a defined optimization cadence to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • • Establish performance accountability systems, setting clear escalation thresholds and implementing cross-account benchmarking to drive continuous improvement.
  • • Partner closely with the Data & Analytics team to align on attribution frameworks, enhance reporting clarity, ensure GA4 reconciliation, and refine measurement narratives.
  • • Improve margin predictability by collaborating with Operations and the PMO (Project Management Office) on workload alignment, scope discipline, and utilization tracking.
  • • Foster innovation by defining and implementing a creative testing framework and incrementality experimentation strategies.
  • • Grow our Connected TV (CTV) offering and actively explore and integrate emerging performance channels.
  • • Formalize and streamline the trafficking process for display and video programmatic campaigns.
  • • **Team Development and Mentorship:**
  • • Mentor and develop Channel Leads and senior specialists, empowering them to become strategic owners of their respective domains.
  • • Train media specialists on strategic reporting, emphasizing the importance of crafting insightful narratives that provide constructive benefits and actionable recommendations for media programs.
  • • Hold specialists accountable for their performance, actively working to reduce errors such as typos, overspending, or underspending, thereby ensuring fiscal responsibility and campaign integrity.
  • • **Client and New Business Engagement:**
  • • Serve as the senior strategic lead on key nonprofit accounts, taking ownership of the media vision and high-level performance accountability.
  • • Lead high-risk account audits and develop comprehensive stabilization plans for accounts experiencing performance volatility.
  • • Develop audience-led, full-funnel strategies meticulously aligned with client KPIs, whether they focus on fundraising, donor acquisition, advocacy, or other mission-driven objectives.
  • • Oversee quarterly roadmapping processes, ensuring that reporting clearly articulates changes, the rationale behind them, the results achieved, and the recommended next steps.
  • • Contribute significantly to new business strategy, pitch development, and crafting compelling media Points of View (POVs) specifically tailored to the growth challenges faced by nonprofit organizations.
  • • Strengthen client relationships at the senior level, acting as a trusted advisor and a reliable escalation point for critical issues.
  • • Translate complex performance data into clear, concise, and executive-level narratives that inform strategic decision-making and demonstrate value.
