- • As a Media Investment Associate at Tinuiti, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of media buying and account management processes, supporting the implementation of effective strategies across multiple client accounts to drive measurable results and eliminate waste in media spend.
- • You will serve as a key liaison between network partners, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring seamless campaign execution and maintaining excellent client communication on behalf of the agency’s client management team.
- • Tinuiti is the largest independent full-funnel marketing agency in the U.S., managing over $4 billion in digital media with more than 1,200 employees, united by a mission to deliver measurable results through the integration of media and measurement under one roof.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include ensuring media buying and campaign operations run smoothly and efficiently by supporting strategy implementation for multiple clients.
- • You will monitor daily client performance and campaign delivery to verify that strategies are correctly implemented and objectives are being met.
- • Acting as the main point of contact, you will facilitate communication between network partners, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- • You will send and track network orders and asset traffic instructions, ensuring all campaign materials are correctly distributed and accounted for.
- • A key part of your role will involve tracking, organizing, and reconciling weekly television network logs to identify and resolve discrepancies in linear TV campaigns.
- • You will participate in meetings with publishers to stay current on media trends and leverage this knowledge to provide informed media recommendations.
- • Additionally, you will assist the account management team with client communication and the preparation of weekly reports and presentations.
- • Through this role, you will develop deep expertise in media investment operations, campaign execution, and cross-functional collaboration within a high-growth performance marketing environment.
- • You will gain hands-on experience with Tinuiti’s proprietary technology, Bliss Point by Tinuiti, and learn how data-driven insights are used to optimize media spend and uncover growth opportunities.
🎯 Requirements
- • Some prior experience in marketing or advertising is preferred
- • Very organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, filtering, pivot tables)
- • Strong business writing and presentation skills (PowerPoint, Keynote, Prezi, etc.)
- • Excellent time management skills, able to juggle multiple tasks against tight deadlines
- • Self-starter with a strong desire to learn, ask questions, and work collaboratively
