- • The Media Production Coordinator – Traditional Media role is a hands-on buying position within the Media Buying team, focused on planning, negotiating, and executing offline/traditional media campaigns such as radio, television, out-of-home (OOH)/billboards, and print, with some exposure to digital extensions like streaming audio, CTV, and digital OOH. This role ensures media buys are well-researched, negotiated at competitive rates, accurately trafficked, and aligned with client objectives and KPIs.
- • Day to day, the person will support the development of traditional media plans by analyzing market, audience, and competitive data; collect and evaluate vendor proposals; negotiate rates and placement details; create and maintain buy authorizations and traffic instructions; monitor delivery and quality of placements; compile post-buy reports; identify optimization opportunities; and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across time zones to ensure flawless execution.
- • The role reports into Media Buying leadership and supports multi-location, multi-client campaigns across various categories. The individual will collaborate closely with U.S.-based teams as well as internal partners in India and Colombia, contributing to seamless cross-functional communication and execution.
- • In this role, the person can develop expertise in traditional media buying, negotiation, and stewardship; gain experience in multi-channel campaign execution; improve analytical and reporting skills; strengthen vendor relationship management; and contribute to process improvements in media buying workflows while working in a global, remote team environment.

- • Experience in media buying, planning, or traditional media execution (radio, TV, OOH, print)
- • Ability to analyze market, audience, and competitive data (e.g., ratings, circulation, traffic counts)
- • Strong negotiation skills with vendors to secure competitive rates and added value
- • Experience creating and managing buy authorizations, insertion orders, and traffic instructions
- • Proficiency in monitoring campaign delivery and addressing under-delivery or quality issues
- • Ability to collaborate across time zones with U.S.-based and international teams (India, Colombia)
