- ⢠As the Medical Director of Clinical Quality & Training at Counsel Health, you will serve as the clinical standard-bearer and architect of the provider workforce, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and clinical excellence across a rapidly growing AI-enabled healthcare organization. Reporting to the VP of Care Delivery, you will operate in a unique "Player-Coach" model, dedicating 50% of your time to direct patient care and 50% to clinical leadership, protocol development, and workforce trainingâmaking you instrumental in shaping the future of scalable, high-quality care delivery.
- ⢠Your day-to-day responsibilities will include maintaining a high-volume clinical practice in both Acute Care and Longevity Medicine pathways, where you will model elite patient communication and clinical reasoning; authoring, updating, and maintaining evidence-based clinical guidelines for longevity, lifestyle, and acute care workflows; creating and managing a scalable digital training library through recorded "How-To" videos and multimedia content to ensure consistent clinician onboarding and education; personally leading the clinical onboarding and mentorship of new hires during their critical First 90 Days with intensive 1:1 coaching and performance reviews; leading systematic peer reviews and interaction audits to uphold quality and consistency in care; and monitoring clinician performance at 30/60/90-day milestones to identify development needs and ensure alignment with organizational standards.
