- • As a Medical Imaging Read Services Specialist I at Clario, you will support clinical trial execution by coordinating reader onboarding, scheduling, documentation, and read management activities, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements are met in a highly controlled environment.
- • Day to day, you will support Project Management teams with administrative tasks, onboard imaging readers by managing contractual documentation and credentials, communicate with readers about availability and scheduling, collect and track required documents (W-9s, CVs, debarment checks, financial disclosures), maintain reader data in Salesforce and other systems, monitor adherence to project timelines, follow up on outstanding items, ensure training completion, keep supervisors informed of risks and workload, review system-generated reports to assign daily tasks, respond to internal and external inquiries professionally, maintain reader calendars and capacity tracking, provide activity reports, support audit readiness, manage email workflows, collaborate with physicians on training completion, adhere to SOPs, assist in updating departmental standards, identify process improvements, and participate in professional development.
