đź“‹ Description

  • • As a Medical Partnerships Manager at myTomorrows, you will play a pivotal role in expanding access to innovative treatments by building and managing strategic relationships with hospitals and clinical stakeholders across Spain. This role is central to the company’s mission of bridging the gap between patients seeking treatment options and biopharmaceutical companies developing them, directly contributing to improved patient outcomes and accelerated therapy access in one of the world’s largest healthcare markets.
  • • You will own the full lifecycle of medical partnerships in Spain — from identifying and engaging target hospitals and clinical sites, through negotiation and agreement signing, to nurturing long-term collaborations that drive real-world impact. Your work will ensure seamless coordination between external partners and internal teams, maximizing the visibility and effectiveness of myTomorrows’ AI-powered platform for clinical trial recruitment, Expanded Access Programs, and Real-World Data collection.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include: conducting targeted outreach to hospitals, research institutions, and patient advocacy groups to initiate partnership discussions; leading meetings and presentations to convey the value of myTomorrows’ services; negotiating and finalizing partnership agreements aligned with legal and compliance standards; maintaining active relationships with existing partners through regular check-ins, performance tracking, and issue resolution; collaborating with Marketing and Design teams to develop localized outreach materials and campaigns; gathering and synthesizing field insights from site interactions to inform product improvements and market strategy; participating in cross-functional workshops to align partnership activities with broader company goals; and reporting on partnership pipeline, conversion rates, and impact metrics to leadership.
  • • You will join a purpose-driven, global team at myTomorrows, a fast-growing health tech scale-up backed by a recent €25M investment from Avego Healthcare Capital. The company operates in 134 countries, has supported over 17,000 patients and 3,000 physicians, and partners with 60+ BioPharma firms. Despite its international scale, the Spain-based role offers significant autonomy, allowing you to shape market entry and expansion strategies based on local healthcare dynamics. The culture emphasizes innovation, patient-centricity, and collaboration, with a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in healthcare partnership models, market access strategies, and the intersection of technology and clinical research. You will gain hands-on experience in shaping product direction through real-world feedback, enhance your stakeholder management and negotiation skills in a high-impact environment, and contribute meaningfully to scaling a mission-driven company aiming to become a global leader in treatment access. Success in this position could lead to expanded responsibilities in regional leadership or strategic market development as myTomorrows continues its growth trajectory.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or account management with ownership of deals and stakeholder relationships
  • • Fluency in both Spanish and English, written and spoken, is required
  • • Background in healthcare (hospitals, clinical stakeholders, clinical research) or B2B tech/enterprise/SaaS environments
  • • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, define priorities, and drive initiatives forward without close supervision
  • • Strong commercial mindset with a track record of identifying opportunities and converting them into tangible outcomes
  • • Structured, pragmatic approach to translating market feedback into actionable improvements for product and strategy

🏖️ Benefits

  • • Opportunity to work on a mission-driven initiative that directly improves patient access to life-saving treatments
  • • High degree of autonomy and ownership in shaping market strategy and partnership approach in Spain
  • • Access to a global network of experts, including BioPharma partners, patient advocacy groups, and clinical trial sites
  • • Professional growth in a fast-scaling health tech company with recent €25M funding and expansion plans
  • • Inclusive, diverse workplace committed to equal opportunity and celebrating differences
  • • Collaboration with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Design, Product, and Clinical Operations
