- • As a Medicare Member Ambassador for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina, you will represent the company at community events, leveraging your personal experience as a current Medicare Advantage member to build trust and rapport with peers.
- • You will support outreach efforts by assisting with event setup, engaging attendees, sharing your positive experiences with the health plan, and helping both prospective and current members navigate benefits and services.
- • You will act as an advocate for members facing challenges with their plan, connecting them to appropriate support channels and ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly.
- • This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in your community while developing communication, advocacy, and interpersonal skills in a purpose-driven healthcare environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Must be a current member of the Blue Medicare Advantage plan offered by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina.
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse audiences at community events.
- • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate event schedules.
- • Reliable transportation to attend various community events and sales meetings across North Carolina.
- • Comfortable using email and completing online training modules for role preparation and ongoing support.
