- • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of Transfer-of-Value (ToV) data for every healthcare-professional (HCP) who participates in our clients’ meetings, advisory boards, speaker programmes and congresses. You will ingest raw expense files, validate every line item against EFPIA/IFPMA and local codes, enrich records with HCP identifiers, and push compliant datasets to disclosure portals ahead of statutory deadlines.
- • Build and maintain a single source of truth in Salesforce and Excel that tracks flights, hotels, honoraria, consultancy fees, meals, transfers and any other benefit provided to an HCP. You will reconcile credit-card statements, hotel folios and travel invoices, flagging anomalies before they reach the public domain.
- • Partner with cross-functional teams—Event Managers, Finance, Compliance, Legal and external agencies—to obtain missing documentation, clarify expense policies and ensure every pound is correctly categorised and attributed. Your diplomacy and eye for detail will prevent late-night fire-drills when the disclosure window closes.
- • Run weekly quality-assurance audits using pivot tables, VLOOKUPs and SQL queries to identify duplicate entries, currency mismatches and outliers (e.g., a £9,000 dinner for four). You will document remediation steps and present dashboards that give senior leadership real-time transparency on disclosure risk.
- • Create and update SOPs, quick-reference guides and training decks so that new starters, event planners and finance colleagues understand exactly how to capture ToV data at source. You will champion best-practice and become the go-to subject-matter expert for “what counts as reportable”.
- • Coordinate the annual dry-run disclosure exercise each spring, simulating the live submission to regulators and public portals. You will manage a 200-task checklist, assign owners, chase deliverables and produce an executive summary that highlights gaps and mitigation plans.
- • Respond to ad-hoc compliance queries such as, “Is a virtual coffee voucher reportable in Belgium?” or “How do we split a shared hotel bill across two HCPs?” Your answers will be concise, code-referenced and logged for future reuse.
- • Drive continuous improvement by automating repetitive tasks—think Power Query routines that map hotel folio PDFs into structured tables or Python scripts that cross-check HCP master data against external registries. Every hour you save is an hour the team can spend on strategic insight rather than copy-paste.
- • At month-end you will compile a narrative report for each client showing spend by therapeutic area, HCP specialty and event type. These insights help brand teams refine future engagement strategies and demonstrate ROI to senior stakeholders.
- • After six months, high performers will have the option to transition into a permanent role with expanded remit: leading junior analysts, owning client relationships and shaping the next-generation transparency platform we are building on AWS.
