- • The Workplace & Facilities Generalist ensures that Match Group’s Paris and Ghent offices and EMEA co-working locations remain functional, welcoming, compliant, and operationally efficient, supporting a sense of belonging across global teams.
- • Day to day, the role coordinates vendors, supports building operations, oversees daily workplace activities, and contributes to facilities-related initiatives and continuous improvement efforts in Paris, Ghent, and EMEA co-working spaces.
- • The PREWF (Protect, Real Estate, Events, Workplace & Facilities) team at Match Group focuses on creating safe, efficient, and inspiring work environments that align with the company’s mission of fostering meaningful connections worldwide.
- • In this role, the person will gain hands-on experience in workplace management, vendor coordination, facilities operations, and cross-functional collaboration within a global tech company, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements and support EMEA-wide initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in workplace operations, facilities management, or office administration
- • Ability to coordinate with vendors and support building operations
- • Strong organizational and communication skills
- • Experience working in a corporate or tech environment
- • Fluency in English; French language skills are a plus
- • Ability to work across multiple locations (Paris, Ghent, and EMEA co-working sites)
