- • Day to day, MCAs provide high-volume, empathetic support to members by answering questions about benefits, guiding them through care options, resolving issues, and ensuring members feel seen and supported in their healthcare journey.
- • The team operates within a mission-driven organization that combines virtual and in-person care with expert navigation and technology to simplify healthcare access, with MCAs serving as trusted guides in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- • In this role, individuals will develop strong healthcare navigation skills, deepen their understanding of benefits systems, enhance empathetic communication abilities, and gain experience in high-volume member support — all while contributing to meaningful improvements in member healthcare experiences.
