📋 Description

• As a Member Matching Specialist at Ritual Inc., you will serve as the first human touchpoint for new members, setting the tone for their experience by understanding their needs and connecting them with the right expert through personalized 30-minute matching sessions.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include conducting intake sessions via video or phone, assessing member goals and preferences, selecting the best-fit expert from the network, coordinating warm handoffs, supporting members through activation and onboarding, facilitating rematching when needed, and providing clear overviews of OurRitual’s services while addressing FAQs in a regulatory context.
• You will join a mission-driven team at Ritual Inc., a digital platform reimagining relationship care by combining expert-led sessions with AI-powered tools to make relationship support accessible, flexible, and grounded in real-life needs — offering a modern alternative to traditional couples therapy.
• In this role, you will develop strong interpersonal and clinical navigation skills, gain experience in member triage and care coordination, deepen your understanding of mental health and wellness service delivery, and grow your ability to build trust quickly with individuals navigating vulnerable conversations — all while contributing to a scalable model of relationship care.

🎯 Requirements

• Clinical background or training in social work, counseling, MFT, or a related field (preferred; full licensure not required)
• Strong communication skills to explain complex or sensitive topics clearly and confidently
• Comfort working within a regulatory and compliance-sensitive environment
• Detail-oriented approach to handoffs and documentation
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Natural charisma and warmth with the ability to build trust quickly, especially in vulnerable conversations

🏖️ Benefits

• Part-time, hourly role with flexible scheduling across 9 AM–11 PM Eastern Time coverage window
• Minimum of 15 hours per week required, with at least 8 hours in high-demand slots (5 PM–10 PM ET and 1 PM–2 PM ET)
• Competitive compensation of $25–$35 per hour, commensurate with experience and background
