📋 Description

• As a Member Matching Specialist at Ritual Inc., you will be the first human touchpoint for new members, setting the tone for their experience by understanding their needs and connecting them with the right expert from our network.
• You will conduct 30-minute matching sessions via video or phone, assess member goals and preferences, coordinate warm handoffs to experts, support members through activation and onboarding, and facilitate rematching when needed to ensure continuity of care.
• You will join a mission-driven team at OurRitual, a digital platform reimagining relationship care through expert-led sessions and AI-powered tools, designed to make relationship support accessible, flexible, and built for real life.
• In this role, you will develop strong interpersonal and navigation skills, gain experience in member intake and triage within a regulated digital health environment, and grow your ability to build trust quickly with individuals navigating vulnerable conversations.

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to make people feel at ease with natural charisma, warmth, and trust-building skills, especially with individuals navigating vulnerable or new experiences
• Strong communication skills to clearly and confidently explain complex or sensitive topics, including the OurRitual model in a regulatory context
• Comfort working within a regulatory and compliance-sensitive environment, with attention to detail in handoffs and documentation
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage scheduling across peak demand hours (5 PM–10 PM ET and 1 PM–2 PM ET)
• Preferred: Clinical background or training in social work, counseling, MFT, or related fields (including graduate students); full licensure not required

• Competitive hourly compensation of $25–$35 per hour, commensurate with experience and background
• Part-time, flexible scheduling with a minimum of 15 hours per week required, including at least 8 hours during high-demand evening and afternoon slots
