📋 Description

  • Member of Engineering (Post-training) at Poolside AI, Inc., focused on advancing applied research to turn pre-trained LLMs into highly capable, well-aligned AI systems for coding and software development.
  • Day-to-day responsibilities include researching and experimenting on model specialization for agentic use cases, building and maintaining data and training pipelines, staying current with LLM research, designing and analyzing training experiments, writing high-quality pragmatic code, and collaborating with team members to plan and communicate progress.
  • Poolside AI is a remote-first company across EMEA and East Coast North America, dedicated to building Artificial General Intelligence by stacking advantages in research, engineering, infrastructure, and deployment at scale, with monthly in-person gatherings and biannual offsites.
  • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in LLM post-training, distributed systems, and AI alignment while contributing to cutting-edge research that pushes the frontier of code-generating models and agentic AI systems.
