• • The Member Services Associate, Accounts role at Atlas Computing Inc. is a member-facing position responsible for delivering exceptional account servicing to high-spending cardholders, ensuring seamless experiences that reflect Atlas’s white-glove standard of excellence in luxury lifestyle and financial services.
• • Day to day, the associate will serve as the primary point of contact for Atlas members regarding account-related requests, manage inbound and outbound communications via Zendesk, Slack, Gmail, and Core Credit systems, troubleshoot account and billing issues, collaborate with credit and lifestyle teams to resolve member challenges, track service requests efficiently, and uphold a proactive, empathetic service ethos by anticipating needs before they are voiced.
• • Atlas Computing Inc. is a fast-growing fintech company backed by Y Combinator, Valar Ventures, Eric Schmidt, Elad Gill, and other leading investors, building a modern alternative to premium charge cards like Amex Centurion with a focus on luxury dining, travel, and lifestyle experiences for discerning, high-spending individuals and companies.
• • In this role, the associate can develop deep expertise in luxury financial services, strengthen client relationship management skills in a high-touch environment, gain experience working cross-functionally with elite teams from companies like Apple and Robinhood, and grow into a full-time position after a 3-month probationary period while contributing to a company scaling to over $1B in spend volume.
