• • As a Member Services Associate on the Travel & Lifestyle team at Atlas Computing Inc., you will serve as a frontline concierge for high-net-worth members, delivering seamless, high-touch support for luxury travel and lifestyle experiences during overnight and weekend hours.
• • You will own end-to-end execution of complex member requests—including luxury hotels, private aviation, exclusive dining, events, and ground transportation—communicating directly with members via chat, coordinating with internal and external partners, and ensuring flawless booking execution through internal systems and third-party tools.
• • Atlas is a Y Combinator-backed fintech building a modern alternative to Amex Centurion, serving discerning, high-spending individuals and companies with insider access to world-class dining, travel, and lifestyle experiences; the team is lean, senior, and fast-moving, with expertise from Apple, Robinhood, Rimowa, and other industry leaders.
