📋 Description

• • As a Member Services Associate on the Travel & Lifestyle team at Atlas Computing Inc., you will serve as a frontline concierge for high-net-worth members, delivering seamless, high-touch support for luxury travel and lifestyle experiences during overnight hours (Thursday–Saturday, 3 pm–12 am EST).
• • You will own end-to-end execution of complex member requests—including luxury hotels, private aviation, exclusive dining, events, and ground transportation—communicating directly with members via chat, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring flawless booking execution through internal systems and third-party tools.
