  • • As a Member Support Pro Associate at Tide Platform Limited, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to paid account members, directly contributing to customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth by resolving banking-related inquiries and enhancing the overall member experience.
  • • Day to day, you will communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat; follow and improve support procedures; troubleshoot banking issues such as missing payments and direct debits; mentor new team members; analyze customer feedback and usage patterns to identify service improvements; and complete tailored training to advance your skills in a hybrid work model based in Sofia, Bulgaria.
  • • You will join the Paid Plans Support Team, a dedicated group focused on providing award-winning, proactive support to SME clients, where customer-centricity, reliability, and ethical standards are central to team success and innovation.
  • • In this role, you will develop strong problem-solving, communication, and multitasking abilities; gain deep expertise in fintech and SME banking services; build leadership experience through mentoring; and grow your career through continuous learning opportunities and exposure to cross-functional initiatives driven by data and user research.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum 1.5 years of relevant experience as a phone customer support associate
  • • Very good verbal and written English (C1 or higher)
  • • Comfortable using industry tools like Kustomer, GSuite, Microsoft Office, and Jira
  • • Upbeat and energetic with solid problem-solving skills
  • • Ability to self-drive, multitask, and collaborate effectively in a team environment with high ethics and morale
