Member Support Representative (Full-Time)

📋 Description

• • As a Member Support Representative at Foodsmart, you will provide live support for incoming calls from members seeking assistance with understanding services, eligibility, benefits, registration, appointment scheduling, and accessing the Foodsmart and affiliate platforms. You will play a critical role in helping members navigate their food benefits and make healthier choices, directly supporting the company’s mission to make nutritious food accessible and affordable for everyone.
• • Day to day, you will handle member inquiries via phone, guide users through registration and appointment processes, troubleshoot platform access issues, explain benefit statuses, and ensure accurate handling of sensitive and protected information with urgency and personal accountability. You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve member concerns and contribute to a seamless member experience.
• • Foodsmart is a mission-driven telenutrition and foodcare company serving 2.2 million members across employer-sponsored plans, Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, and commercial insurers. Backed by a $200 million investment from TPG’s Rise Fund, the company partners with national retailers accepting SNAP/EBT and supports SNAP enrollment to expand access to nutritious food, particularly for low-income workers affected by diet-related diseases.
