• • As a Member Support Specialist at Brightline Interactive Inc., you will be the first point of contact for members seeking behavioral health services, playing a critical role in ensuring seamless access to care for children and families.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting initial phone assessments with new members, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance eligibility, processing claims and payments, completing member paperwork, supporting clinical providers with administrative tasks, and maintaining organized internal systems to support efficient operations.
