📋 Description

• Process and maintain documentation related to PO participation and health plan enrollment.
• Input and update client data in the customer relationship management software.
• Maintain the accuracy of membership roster for select physician organizations.
• Independently administer several assigned responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service for both internal and external clients.
