- • The Membership Growth Specialist is a critical frontline sales role at Monarch Medical Technologies, Inc., focused on helping physicians transition from high-volume insurance medicine to membership-based, concierge care models by driving patient enrollment and supporting practice transformation.
- • Day to day, the specialist will drive patient enrollment and panel growth during physician transitions, manage outreach strategies across assigned practices, conduct patient engagement via phone, text, email, and in-person interactions, work onsite in physician offices during transitions, build trust with patients and staff, identify operational friction points, and contribute feedback to improve transition playbooks and workflows.
- • Monarch Medical Technologies partners with leading women’s health physicians to build modern, membership-based practices that prioritize depth, continuity, prevention, and human connection, operating as a mission-driven platform redefining women’s healthcare through personalized care and strong physician-patient relationships.
- • In this role, the individual will develop advanced skills in consultative sales, emotional intelligence, healthcare operations, patient relationship management, and transition leadership, while gaining direct exposure to transformative moments in physicians’ careers and contributing to a growing movement in preventive, personalized women’s healthcare.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in a relationship-driven, client-facing role in hospitality, healthcare, sales, or customer experience
- • Demonstrated ability to build trust during a sales process
- • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- • Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal instincts
- • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- • Self-directed with strong ownership, urgency, and comfort operating independently in fast-moving environments
- • Ability to use multiple technologies and systems
- • Willingness to travel up to 50%
