- • Own the entire patient-conversion journey for physicians transitioning from high-volume insurance medicine to Monarch’s high-touch, membership-based model. You are the single thread that turns an existing patient list into a thriving, loyal membership panel.
- • Execute a disciplined, data-driven outreach cadence: 60–80 personalized calls, texts, and emails per day, guiding patients through the value of concierge care, answering clinical and financial questions, and removing every barrier to enrollment.
- • Build and manage a real-time conversion pipeline in HubSpot; log every touchpoint, track objections, and forecast weekly panel growth with 95 % accuracy so physicians and Monarch leadership can make fast, informed decisions.
- • Hit aggressive but achievable enrollment targets—typically 250–400 members within the first 90–120 days of a practice launch—by combining empathetic listening with persuasive storytelling that links the membership fee to deeper relationships, longer visits, and proactive midlife care.
- • Serve as the trusted human voice of the transition. Patients will remember how you made them feel; your calm, knowledgeable tone turns anxiety about change into excitement about better care.
- • Provide white-glove onboarding for VIP, high-acuity, or emotionally sensitive patients—scheduling welcome calls, explaining lab panels, and coordinating first concierge appointments—ensuring zero leakage from the top of the funnel.
- • Collaborate daily with Monarch’s operations, marketing, and physician-experience teams to refine messaging scripts, email sequences, and objection-handling playbooks; surface frontline insights that improve conversion rates for future launches.
- • Partner directly with physicians and their local staff to align on tone, key talking points, and follow-up workflows, creating a seamless patient experience from first outreach to first annual concierge visit.
- • Monitor and report on core KPIs: patient conversion rate, speed to target panel size, Net Promoter Score, and data hygiene; present findings in Monday morning stand-ups and iterate tactics in real time.
- • Champion women’s health and integrative medicine in every conversation, translating complex clinical benefits into relatable outcomes—more time, earlier detection, personalized hormone therapy, and a doctor who knows your name.
- • Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and CRM discipline; every note, tag, and task must be audit-ready and accessible to the broader care team.
- • Thrive in a fully remote, high-autonomy environment where your results—not your location—define success. You’ll work East- or Central-time friendly hours, enjoy asynchronous collaboration, and still feel deeply connected to a mission-driven culture.
