• • Maintain up to 30 bookable calendar spots per week (full-time 40-hour schedule) and assign between-session digital lessons, videos, and validated assessments that reinforce skills, track outcomes, and keep clients engaged in their own recovery.
• • Provide culturally responsive care that honors each client’s unique background, identity, and lived experience; adapt interventions to meet varying needs and abilities while upholding clinical excellence and ethical standards.
• • Manage risk and respond to clinical crises confidently, knowing you have 24/7 access to Lyra’s specialty consultation team, peer review groups, and structured escalation protocols designed to keep both you and your clients safe.
• • Participate in weekly individual and group consultation, case conferences, and quality-assurance reviews that sharpen your evidence-based toolkit (ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT, measurement-based care) and ensure continuous learning in a feedback-rich environment.
• • Document efficiently in Lyra’s HIPAA-compliant EHR; leverage built-in outcome dashboards to monitor symptom change, adjust treatment plans, and demonstrate measurable progress to clients and stakeholders alike.
• • Collaborate with Lyra’s multidisciplinary care team—including coaches, psychiatrists, and care navigators—to coordinate seamless, whole-person care when higher levels of service are indicated.
